About
To do whatever it takes to educate children and strengthen families.
We Believe that:
The early-childhood years are key to building a strong foundation for future educational success.
Family involvement in a child’s education helps them thrive at school
Our learning center becomes better when families take an active role.
Our dream is to:
Provide a broad range of family based activities (in addition to school) like: dance, music, sports, parental support, martial arts, counseling, tutoring, English as a second language (ESL), and whatever else we can dream up.
Our Goal is to:
Create places, to together identify our resources and needs, and then organize a coordinated plan that develops a strong community that develops strong families that develops strong children.
Our History
Golan Learning Center (formerly known as Vineland Nazarene Learning Center) opened in 1995 as a private provider for day care. In September of 1999 we started our partnership as a provider with the Vineland School District.
The school was part of the Abbott preschool program implemented in about 30 districts throughout the state of New Jersey (click here to learn more about Abbot School Districts).
Currently we have 9 pre-k classes and 135 students.
